By submitting a list with LoseYourList.com, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
What Personal Information is collected and how?
When you register with Lose Your List, you provide us with your name, billing and delivery addresses, e-mail address, telephone number, and credit card number. Credit Cards will not be billed unless requested by the customer, but are required to be kept on file until checks clear, if a customer pays by check. While using the LYL Service, you may give us special shopping and delivery instructions, which we store and use to pick and deliver your order to your specifications. Lose Your List LLC may use or disclose personal information when we believe it is appropriate to enforce this Agreement, to protect the rights, property or safety of Lose Your List LLC or its users or to comply with the law.
How may you change or remove your personal information?
You may at any time review and change your personal information stored by LoseYourList.com by contacting LYL Customer Care at (859-321-2343).You may also request that Lose Your List permanently remove all personal information stored by LYL at any time by delivering notice requesting such removal in the manner provided in the Lose Your List LLC Customer Agreement. Upon such request, Lose Your List LLC will remove all such information and will not thereafter use personally identifiable information about you in any way.
Terms of Service
Payment for groceries and associated shopping and delivery fees is due at the time of delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that someone (a person 21 years of age or older with two forms of identification available if necessary, if the delivery includes liquor and/or tobacco) is present at the delivery address to receive and pay for deliveries at the specified time of delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive and pay for the order. Lose Your List accepts cash, checks, and credit and debit cards, and no credit card is billed unless requested by the customer upon delivery. If Lose Your List LLC fails to deliver any item that was clearly submitted on your list or the item does not meet your specifications, let us know and we will deliver the item the next day free of charge. Lose Your List may choose to contact customers if submitted items are unclear. If contact is not made in this situation, Lose Your List may choose to disregard item(s) at our discretion.
Lose Your List will not be held responsible for any items delivered within 24 hours of purchase. Lose Your List will provide customers the original receipt from the grocery store. However, Lose Your List will be held accountable for damaged goods. Lose Your List is responsible for transporting items in appropriate temperatures and environment.
